In our practice we are continually asked to provide educational events for leaders and potential leaders, both as stand-alone offerings and as part of consultations. These include such subject areas as:
   The Role of the Leader
   Selecting and recruiting high calibre people,
   Managing the performance of people,
   Building and sustaining productive teams,
   Leading and participating in effective meetings,
   Communicating effectively across organizations

We design, develop and deliver training events and coaching interventions.  We also deliver training packages developed by others where the client wishes to maintain consistency with educational events conducted in the past.  Our approach is heavily focussed on determining the objectives for the learning, and on assessing the current capability of the participants.  We favour experiential learning, and design events in order to ensure participants not only achieve an understanding of concepts and principles but also have an opportunity to practice performing tasks in the desired way.
